Introductory Neuroinformatics Course

From April 23th to 25th, 2004, Havana City, Cuba

Organized by:
Pedro A. Valdés-Sosa
Rolf Kotter

B
ackground:

Following the example of the popular short courses in Computational Neuroscience/Neuroinformatics and Functional Imaging techniques this course provides an introduction to connectivity analyses in the context of functional imaging studies.

Details:
Speakers will explain the conceptual issues and introduce relevant resources and software packages with practical examples. Participants are encouraged to try them using the computer infrastructure provided by the University of Computer Sciences. If you want to apply these techniques to data that you already have please contact the local organizing committee for details of compatible media.
